Snow Globes and Family Fun at Southwest Elementary Winter Story Night!
The children of Southwest Elementary School and their families were treated to a wonderful evening of storytelling and arts and crafts as the school hosted its Winter Story Night on Jan. 25.
The participants in the event were able to create homemade snow globes with a tiny tree inside of the glittery landscape while also listening to the story of "The Snow Globe Family." Southwest's wonderful faculty volunteered to have their classrooms open to welcome in the families, who got to take a picture in front of a large snow globe on their way out the door.
A special note of thanks goes to Ms. Baldwin, who dressed up like a snowman to make the event even more festive!
